Inquiries and Referrals

Inquiries about openings and the suitability of our program for specific students are welcome from parents, districts, and other interested parties. To get more specific information, or to discuss scheduling a tour of The Foundation School, please contact one of our Administrators:

Referrals to The Foundation School may originate with Local Education Authorities (LEAs) or with parents or other caregivers. In the case of a parental referral with the expectation of an LEA placement, we will request a referral letter and applicable parts of the student record from the district.
